Drew J. Kirages

Drew Kirages is a life-long Hamilton County resident and a graduate of Carmel High School. Before joining Dollard Whalin LLP, he served as a full-time law clerk for the Hon. Daniel J. Pfleging, Hamilton County Superior Court 2, for two years, and served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton County for five years. He has tried dozens of jury trials and even more bench trials. He has extensive criminal litigation experience and criminal felony trial experience.

Although his focus is on criminal defense and related matters (specialized driving privileges, expungements, diversion, mental health deferrals, etc.), he also does wills, trusts, estates, and is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law teaching Criminal Procedure – Investigations. Drew has been published in the Indiana Law Review for his writing on Indiana Criminal Law. In his spare time, he volunteers for the Hamilton County Special Olympics as a unified partner in their golf program.
